Terms of Service

The service

Dearly is a workspace that connects to mailboxes and calendars you choose, shows them in one place, drafts replies with AI for you to review, and maintains CRM tables from your correspondence. Dearly never sends a message without you sending it.

Your account

• You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping that account secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into this agreement.
• You may connect only mailboxes and calendars you are authorised to access. If you connect a work account, you are responsible for having your organisation’s permission.

Your content

Your mail, calendar data, documents and CRM records remain yours. You give us permission to access, store and process them only as needed to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated content

Drafts, categories and CRM values produced by AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send it or rely on it, including names, dates, amounts and commitments.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• send spam, bulk unsolicited mail, phishing or malware;
• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• access accounts or data you are not authorised to access;
• probe, overload or disrupt the service, or work around its security or limits;
• resell the service or build a competing product from it without our written consent.

Third-party services

The service depends on providers you connect (such as Google and Microsoft) and is subject to their terms and availability. We are not responsible for their outages, changes or decisions, including a provider suspending access to your account.

Availability and changes

The service is under active development. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; your mail always remains with your mail provider.

Fees

The service is currently offered without charge. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by deleting your data in Settings → Preferences, which removes your account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if continuing would create a legal or security risk; where we reasonably can, we will warn you first.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Dearly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if greater. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top; if a change is material we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
